Welcome to APU!
IMT is here to help you with all of your computing needs. If you are new to APU or are bringing a new computer onto campus, there are a few things you need to do before you will be on your way to using wireless Internet throughout campus. Click "Getting Online for the First Time" (on the left) for 4 quick steps to get your computer ready for its first day at APU.
IMT has identified a compatibility issue with Sony Blu-Ray players connecting to APU's network. This is currently only affecting Sony Blu-Ray players. Sony Blu-Ray Players can access the Internet through the integrated web browser, but cannot access any media streaming services (Netflix, Hulu ...) or perform system updates. Unfortunately, there is no known work around for this issue at this time.
Attention all APU Apple users!
Good news! Apple's recently released OS 10.7 (Lion) IS NOW SUPPORTED by Cisco Clean Access Agent. Contact Apple (http://www.apple.com/macosx/) for details on how to download this OS upgrade.
IMT offers the service of connecting gaming systems to APU\'s network when requested. A recent development has brought to our understanding that Nintendo Wii gaming consoles will receive limited connection unless plugged into an Ethernet port. If you wish to connect your Wii to the network, you will need to use a Wii LAN adapter.
APU gmail is now active! If you have any questions, please visit the FAQ here. There is information on logging in for the first time, mobile device setup, the calendar feature, and much more.
Please be aware a fraudulent email has hit the APU Community. This email is flooding the internet and claims to have a link to an E-Card from a family member, friend or neighbor and uses major greeting card company names such as Hallmark. Clicking on the link downloads a virus onto your computer that compromises personal data. Please click here for more details.
