Attention Class of 2010!
This notice pertains to students who have already been enrolled in the laptop program for two years.

The Deadline: May 31!
The Mission: Select one of the three options detailed below

Renew
Enter the program for the next two years and keep your second laptop when you graduate! If you choose to renew, you can keep your current laptop over the summer and return it when you pick up your new laptop in September. To renew, download and complete the reservation form (available here). Demos of the new laptop models are located in our office.

Retain
Purchase your current laptop at the lease buyout price. Please note: Purchased laptops are no longer supported by the university. To obtain a buyout quote, contact our office as soon as possible.

Return
Return the laptop and all included accessories (memory key, backpack, security device, and AC adapter). No further obligation, no additional fees. If you do not renew for the next two years, you must return the laptop by May 31.

Did you forget to notify us before May 31? You may have already been charged the standard buyout price for the laptop you are currently leasing—and you will have not been re-enrolled for the next two years. If you would like to re-enroll, contact our office as soon as possible (by September 9 at the latest).
