CMS Printing Overview
CMS Printing enables students to print their documents and projects on high-quality laser printers located in convenient campus locations, including all three libraries (Marshburn, Darling, and Stamps Theology) and the student union. Students can print to the CMS system from any computer cluster or from a personal computer, and prints can be picked up at any CMS station.

There are three ways to pay for CMS prints and photocopies:
  • eCard Print and Copy Card
    Works like a rechargable credit card. Cards can be purchased and/or recharged in Marshburn and Darling libraries. (The $1 fee for an eCard includes 50¢ in prints or copies.)
  • CMS Stripe on New Student ID Cards
    The eCard Print and Copy Card has been integrated into the new student ID card (issued to incoming students). The second stripe near the bottom of the card is used for CMS prints and copies. (To use, insert the card face up with the barcode to the left.)
  • Cash
    Select print stations will accept cash in the form of dollar bills and change.
Save money by using an eCard or CMS Stripe! Copies and prints are 8¢ each when you use an eCard or utilize the CMS Stripe on your student ID card! (When cash is used, copies and prints are 10¢ each.)
